Besuchen Sie die Inselgruppe der Azoren, die mitten im Atlantik liegt und als autonome Region zu Portugal gehört. Unvergessliche Eindrücke liefern die dramatischen Landschaften, grüne Wiesen und Calderaseen. Ganzjährig ausgeglichene Temperaturen mit sehr milden Wintern und nicht so heißen Sommern machen die Inselgruppe ganzjährig zum beliebten Reiseziel. Zunächst reisen Sie auf die Insel Sao Miguel, wo Sie auf einer Bootstour Wale und Delfine beobachten können (inkludiert). Zweites Ziel der Reise ist die Insel Pico, wo sich der über 2000 m hohe Berg Ponta do Pico befindet, auf dessen wind-abgewandter Seite sogar Wein angebaut wird.

It is located on São Miguel Island, the largest and most populous in the archipelago. The population in 2011 was 68,809, in an area of 232.99 square kilometres (89.96 square miles).
