Eleuthera and Harbor Islands are famous for their water activities and great points for fishing and diving. "The Devil's Backbone" (the "Devil's Spine") is a famous place, just north of Spanish Wells. It is a long strip of cliff that serves as a meeting place for a wide variety of reef fish and deep water attracted by numerous shipwrecks.
